Fixing Bank Statement Import Issues
Multiple File Import location gives an 'Upload Folder does not exist' or 'access denied' error
The Process Service, or network user if specified on the General Site Config screen, needs read and write access to the folder location
Ensure the folder is shared correctly
If using a service account as either user's credentials, ensure it has a valid password
Other possible problems
Unknown Format - ensure the format you are importing is supported by Bank Recon. Here is a list of supported formats
Balance or statement number error - check that you are importing the next statement in sequence
Account cannot be mapped - make sure that an account corresponding to the statement has been set up in Bank Recon
