Cashbook Import Maps
Import Maps are a way of mapping certain details from the database to the applicable accounts, transaction types etc. They all work according to the key. Once the mappings are set up here, a cashbook import definition will identify what every transaction is for and where it should go. There are four mappings that need to be set up here.
Selecting Setup>Cashbook Import Maps>Account Map navigates the user to the Account Map List screen.
Selecting Setup>Cashbook Import Maps>VAT Rate Map navigates the user to the Value Added Tax Rate Map List screen.
Selecting Setup>Cashbook Import Maps>Cashbook Transaction Type Map navigates the user to the Cashbook Transaction Type Map List screen.
Selecting Setup>Cashbook Import Maps>GL Account Map navigates the user to the GL Account Map List screen.
All maps can be edited by selecting the ID of that specific mapping. Selecting the Add button on any of the Map screens allows the user to add a mapping. A map can be deleted by selecting the delete button (
