Fixing Bank Statement Import Issues

Multiple File Import location gives an 'Upload Folder does not exist' or 'access denied' error
  • The Process Service, or network user if specified on the General Site Config screen, needs read and write access to the folder location
  • Ensure the folder is shared correctly
  • If using a service account ¬†as either user's credentials, ensure it has a valid password

Other possible problems
Unknown Format - ensure the format you are importing is supported by Bank Recon. Here is a list of supported formats
Balance or statement number error - check that you are importing the next statement in sequence
Account cannot be mapped - make sure that an account corresponding to the statement has been set up in Bank Recon
